The Republic of Ireland. A nation steeped in footballing history, yet often battling against the odds to reach the heights of the international game. For me, managing the Boys in Green was a rollercoaster – a thrilling, frustrating, and ultimately heartbreaking journey. The players? A mixed bag of talent, dedication, and… indifference.
